Real Madrid have already secured 13 Champions League crowns but they are looking to add to their tally against Liverpool at the Stade de France.
Carlos is convinced that Madrid will do the business against the Premier League giants but he believes they would benefit from the presence of Raul.
When asked which former ‘Galactico’ teammate he would select during their peak from the upcoming clash, Carlos told The Mirror: ‘Raul. Raul knew how to play against English teams.
‘He would fight and go head-to-head with the defenders, so him against Virgil van Dijk, for example, would be a really good fight. I’d like to see that!’.

The 49-year-old selected Raul ahead of the likes of Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Luis Figo and Ronaldo.
When Raul retired from European football in 2012, he had scored more Champions League goals than any other player before.
He was responsible for finding the back of the net in the 2000 final against Valencia and the 2002 final against Bayer Leverkusen.
However, Karim Benzema has now surpassed Raul in the standings for number of Champions League goals.
Therefore, the responsibility will fall to him during Real Madrid’s Champions League final against Liverpool. He will be the one to challenge Van Dijk in the heart of Jurgen Klopp’s defence.

However, Carlos does not think it will be easy for Benzema or his former side as he says Liverpool are a ‘very good team’.
He told The Mirror: ‘They were a good team then and they are very good team now,’ he continues. ‘They are all very good players, and Jurgen Klopp is such a great manager. Their motivation will be the same and Liverpool right now is one of the very best teams.’
‘Alexander-Arnold is one of the very best full-backs in the world right now,’ he continued, ‘and the same for Robertson who is so well qualified in his position and has such good ability on the ball.
